Start in Enterprise Applications in the Azure Portal

1. Click on Userfront's Application (usually contains AI Portal)

2. Under Manage, click on Users and groups

3. Click on Add user/group

4. Click on None Selected

5. Select the user(s) you'd like to grant access for

6. Click on Select

7. Click on None Selected under Select a role

8. Click on the role you'd like to assign

To access the application, a user must be assigned at least one role. (Userfront Admin and Prompt Auditor automatically inherit all default access permissions.) A user may hold multiple roles; however, this process only allows you to assign one role at a time. To grant additional roles, repeat these steps for each role.
